Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
These Terms govern use of the Vite.cite public beta. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
The service
Vite.cite provides citation-readiness, content, audit, evidence, tracking, and marketplace-related tools. Features may be identified as beta, preview, simulation, rollout, or unavailable. Those labels are part of the service description and should be relied on when deciding how to use an output.
Accounts and workspaces
- Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials.
- Use only workspaces and data you are authorized to access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
AI outputs and professional decisions
AI-generated drafts, simulations, recommendations, scores, and source leads can be incomplete or wrong. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them. Vite.cite is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
Payments and access periods
Paid Vite.cite plans currently grant a defined access period after PayOS confirms payment. They are not described as automatic card-on-file subscriptions unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise. Trial access does not create an automatic charge when it ends.
Marketplace and creator content
Creators remain responsible for the rights and accuracy of content they publish. Marketplace availability, execution eligibility, ratings, wallet balances, and payouts are subject to the product's verification, settlement, and runtime rules. Promotional or trial value is not creator cash, platform revenue, or payout liability unless the product explicitly records it as a settled paid transaction.
Ownership
You keep ownership of content and materials you provide, subject to the limited rights needed for Vite.cite to process them and provide the requested service. Vite.cite, its software, branding, and platform materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Service changes and suspension
We may change beta features, limits, or availability to improve security, reliability, compliance, or product quality. Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or material violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis during public beta. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Vite.cite does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific citation ranking, revenue outcome, or third-party AI behavior. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
These public-beta policies are written in plain language. Mandatory rights under applicable law always prevail.
