Payment & Refund Policy
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This policy explains how Vite.cite handles paid access, trials, payment confirmation, duplicate charges, and refund requests during public beta.
30-day launch trial
New workspaces receive a 30-day Solopreneur Builder trial during the launch offer. No payment card is required to start the trial, and the trial does not automatically create a charge. At expiry, access returns to the Free plan unless the workspace purchases a paid plan.
Paid access
A paid plan is activated only after PayOS confirms the matching order, amount, and payment reference. Unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise, payment grants the displayed fixed access period and is not an automatic recurring card subscription.
When we will correct or refund a payment
- Duplicate successful charges for the same intended purchase.
- A confirmed payment where the purchased access was not provisioned and we cannot reasonably correct the problem.
- A payment or refund required by mandatory consumer or payment law.
Other refund requests
Other requests are reviewed fairly based on the circumstances, including whether the digital service was substantially used, whether a material feature was unavailable, and any mandatory rights that apply. We do not use this policy to remove rights that local law gives you.
Marketplace transactions
Marketplace execution, creator earnings, holds, disputes, and payouts follow the transaction state recorded by the platform and payment provider. A failed or unavailable delegated runtime must not be represented as a completed paid execution.
These public-beta policies are written in plain language. Mandatory rights under applicable law always prevail.
