Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited use

• Malware, credential theft, phishing, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to bypass security and rate limits.
• Uploading, publishing, or processing content you have no lawful right to use.
• Using audits, prompts, automation, or marketplace tools to harass, deceive, impersonate, defraud, or unlawfully profile another person.
• Attempting to manipulate payment, payout, wallet, rating, verification, or provenance records.
• Presenting simulated or generated evidence as verified real-world observation when it is not.

Automated access

Automation must respect product limits, third-party terms, robots and access controls where applicable, and reasonable infrastructure use. Do not use Vite.cite as a proxy for abusive crawling or scanning.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate abusive activity and may preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
