A ViTech Intelligence product
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This policy explains the information Vite.cite uses to operate accounts, workspaces, product features, security, billing, and the public beta.
Information we process
- Account information such as name, email address, authentication/session records, and workspace membership.
- Workspace content you choose to enter, including brands, domains, prompts, audits, citation observations, drafts, settings, and marketplace metadata.
- Operational records needed for security, reliability, usage limits, payment verification, payout reconciliation, and abuse prevention.
- Payment references and transaction status from PayOS. Vite.cite does not need to store full payment-card details handled by the payment provider.
BYOK provider keys
When you use bring-your-own-key generation, the product is designed so the raw provider key is used for that execution/session path rather than written into the Vite.cite database. You should still treat provider keys as sensitive credentials and rotate them if you believe they were exposed.
How information is used
- Provide and secure the service, enforce workspace isolation, and maintain sessions.
- Run the features you request, measure quotas, and maintain product reliability.
- Verify payments, calculate marketplace ledger entries, and reconcile creator payouts where enabled.
- Detect abuse, investigate failures, and improve product performance without intentionally using private workspace content for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
Vite.cite currently relies on infrastructure and service providers including Cloudflare, Neon, PayOS, GitHub, and AI providers selected by the product or by the user. Each provider processes information under its own contractual and legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet security and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law. Where deletion is legally and technically available, account and workspace deletion requests will be handled through the support/contact channel published by ViTech Intelligence.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Mandatory privacy rights are not reduced by this policy. Use the current ViTech Intelligence contact channel to submit a privacy request.
These public-beta policies are written in plain language. Mandatory rights under applicable law always prevail.
